Can you use MM to make animated films?

I don't want to just edit home movies. I want to make films. Particularly I
want to draw animation. The point is, can I use this program to put still
images together to make motion? Also want to put sound and such also.

You can do.
Stills are best in bitmap format, rather than jpeg.
Audio is best in wav/wma/wmv
