I saved and moved the FP file from C to E drives and back. In the process I
could not link to many of the files that I previously had no problems linking
to. Thanks!

Open your site in FP and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks then View Report Broken links to fix them

not knowing how you saved and moved the site,
try this:
open the web on the c drive with FrontPage, hit file/ publish and publish
the web to your desired location on the e drive. everything will be fine.
