Can VPN and Terminal Sevice Server co-exist?

Can I setup a VPN connection and Terminal Sevice server
as application server both on my W2K server. Once I setup
up the VPN service, I can not connect to my server via TS
client.

Do you connect from the client session or from a server?

If you start a dial-up or VPN from a client session all traffic will be
routed over this connection first because of the system metrics of the
interface. Change the metrics for the connection and active Routing and
Remote Access and force the correct network routing to the correct
interfaces.
