Can two people use Microsoft Office separately on one computer?

I have MicroSoft Office Outlook 2003.

My wife and I both have Treo 700 phones. We would each like to syncronize
our calendars and contacts separately to our PC. So far, in Outlook, our
data gets combined.

Is there a way to keep our data separate? Like having two different "Users"
for our MicroSoft Office Outlook 2003 program?

if you each have your own windows log ons and outlook profiles it will work.

We do not. Can you explain how to set those up?

While Gordon's and Diane's suggestion that you each have your own Windows
username, it is sufficient for you to each have your your mail profile. The
Mail applet in Control Panel will create them. You have one already. You
need the second one. Also, you each need your own PST defined in the
separate profiles so as to keep your PDA data distinct.
