2 computers with Outlook 1 on Microsoft Exchange 1 MSN DSL

I have Outlook 2003 on my laptop and my wife has Outlook 2002 on hers. My
company uses a Microsoft exchange server and she is using MSN DSL through
Qwest. When she sends me appointments from her calendar it comes through
normal and I can respond just as I do to people at work.

The problem I am having is when I send her an appointment it comes through
as a regular e-mail and she cannot accept nor will it post in her calendar.

Any suggestions? I am trying to link out 2 calendars together so we each
know whats going on in our day as well as knowing when we have seen the new
scheduled appointments.

Are you sending it to her in Rich Text format? Are you adding her name from
your Contacts? If so, open her contact record and double-click the e-mail
address. Examine the "Internet format" drop-down. Does it say "Let Outlook
decide..."? If not, choose that.

Hi Brian,

I went into options and mail format and it shows HTML. I do have her setup
as Let Outlook Choose.

Do you have any other suggestions that might help.
