Day/Week/Month view not showing appointments

B

Bart Perman

Using Outlook 2007 and Exchange Server 2003, I have a user whose calendar is
not cooperating. If she is in day/Week/Month view, all current (as in today)
and past appointments do not show. If she checks her calendar in Outlook
Web Access, they are all there. All appointments show up in the following
situations:
She uses Outlook Web Access
Other users access her calendar
She chooses the "All Appointments" view
I create a profile for her on another PC.

I have tried deleting and recreating her profile as well as uninstalling and
reinstalling Outlook.

Any ideas?

She does not sync to a handheld. I just went to her desk to see if she was
in cached mode and found something interesting that might require some
research on my part. She has two copies of her calendar, one under "My
Calendars" and one under "People's Calendars". Her calendar that is listed
under "People's Calendars" has all of her appointments listed, and the one
under "My Calendars" does not. Is it possible to open your own calendar as a
shared calendar and then end upwith two different calendars? It's a puzzler.

she can drag them around, but shouldn't have two. go to folder view (ctrl+6)
and see how many there are.
