Can`t connect to secure websites

I`ve tried downloading all patches with no success. I`ve done extensive troubleshooting with aol and compaq, all with no success. I`m using XP. What else is there to try?

Hi,I located this website via a friends advice. (see
bottom
of this comment)I want to share it with everyone. This is
a govenment website that monitors web activity including
viruses, worms etc.... They are right ontop off the
hackers and virus speaders who create these headaches for
you and I. Check it out1 It's easy, It's constantly
updated daily and it's easy to use and IT WORKS!!!
