I just searched for BMW chatrooms with google.
clicked on the 3rd link, and all of a sudden it says I'm
under investigation? Why, for what reasons? is there any
way I can get in contact with microsoft for some reasoning
here. Thank you.

Taking your questions in reverse order,
1. Its nothing to do with Microsoft. Contacting them won't help.
2. If your google search is the same as the google search I just did (
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off&q=bmw+chat+rooms&spell=1)
when I read your question, can you really truly honestly tell me you didn't
think that clicking on it might be a problem?

Why not try contacting the website host?
