Can send but not receive in Outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 setup with both a POP3 account and an Enterprise Server
account both of which have the ability to send emails but not receive them.
There is no error message, the send/receive status always gets to "Complete."
Please help

check the account setting to see if the SMTP server name is also in

pop settings are for receiving emails ,, and smtp setting are for sending them

another common issues is having the address saying pop3******** .. try
removing the 3 leaving it as just pop.
