Can receive, not send, email.

Dan

Have Vista Basic, using Windows Mail. Can receive, but cannot reply to or
send mail. Upon hitting the "Send" button for mail, the message gets sent to
my Outbox folder, nowhere else. In checking the Properties for that message
in the Outbox it states after the Location: (under composition). What does
"under composition" mean, and how do I fix this problem? Thanks.

Did you get any answers to fix problem

You can use this setup page to config your e-mail client. It may not be
exactly the same as yours but all the information is there.

Lincoln actually got it right but was way ahead of his time when he said,
"You can have some of you computer working all of the time and all of your
computer working some of the time but..." It was he that said that, wasn't
it?
