can only see bottom portion of task manager

Ever since I installed service pack 2, I have been encountering numerous
problems, most of them minor. The one biggie, though, is that if I hit
ctrl-alt-delete for the task manager, I only see a sliver of the bottom of
the window that should open. I do not see the part where the applications are
listed. I do see from the bottom of the grey box up to the bottom of the
buttons that read "End Process" "Switch to" etc. Anyone else come across this?
 
Hi robbarton24,

See if double-clicking in a blank area to the left of the End Process or End
Task button restores the Task Manager to its "full" view.
