Can not Uninstall bad USB

Under Devices there is an item call, "Other" with a
yellow question mark, under that is a USB Controller also
with a yellow question mark. I have another item with all
of the USB ports listed. I have uninstaller it and every
time I reboot Found New Hardware opens and tries to
reinstall it and it fails. Is there any way to clear this
up?

If this is the USB Controller onboard the motherboard, it is probably asking
for your motherboard drivers. If you have a VIA chipset, you can use the
Via Hyperion drivers (used to be called 4 in 1s) from www.viaarena.com. If
you have another chipset on your motherboard, try the motherboard
manufacturer's website.

I have six USB Ports which are all listed under another
USB Controller, that is working OK.
