Can not send/receive messages

Trying to access my navy.mil account through Outlook. Can you help me set up
to send/receive messages?

Why don't you ask the IT people at the office? There may, in fact, be no
way to access your Navy mail from Outlook off-site, or there may be a way,
but the people who control the mail servers will know.
