can not receive email from certain person

Recently, a certain vender that I use in my business is no longer able to
send me emails from either New Mail or direct reply from an email they recv'd
from me. This is on Micros. Outlook only. I can email them with no problem,
but I cannot recv anything from them any longer. I never blocked them that I
know of. This is only a problem on M. Outlook. When they email to me it
appears from their end as I recv'd it as they are not getting any sort of
Undeliverable message. Help. Thanks

The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever program you are
using. I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version
