I am not receiving certain email that are critical to my business. I just
found this out this morning. The emails sent were discovered on a home page
of the vendor that sent them but I did not receive notification that the
emails were bounced back. How do I tell the system to allow emails from a
particular vendor - How do I know if some other people have tried to send me
emails that have not been allowed? Shy didn't they go to my junk email? I
am very concerned about this.

Assuming that you use MS Outlook as your email client, you'll need to post
this question in one of the Outlook newsgroups. This newsgroup is dedicated
to MS Access, the database product.

In addition to what Rick and Lynn have mentioned, I suggest asking your ISP. They may be using a
spam filter without your knowledge or consent. If this is the case, the messages may have been
deleted before even being made available to your POP3 account for download. Some ISP's allow the
user to configure this, including shutting it off entirely. Business related e-mail messages are
more susceptible to accidental deletion, since they tend to contain words and phrases that spam
filters pick up.
