Can not open "Corporate Settings" under Internet Explorer Maintenance

Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 DC with Service Pack 4 and IE6 with Service Pack
1 installed in which we are setting up group policies on. I am trying
to set the IE temporary internet files cache. This is found under User
Configuration:Windows Settings:Internet Explorer
Maintenance:Advanced:Corporate Settings. When I go to open the
"corporate settings" up the group policy closes and go back to the OU
Properties dialog box (where it lists the group policies). I found
this article from another post.
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=325666, however I'm relucent in
applying this because it's not exactly what we are experencing. Is
anyone aware of a fix for this. To let you know, this policy is being
applied to a Windows 2003 TS which has citrix installed on it. The
policy has been applied and is working fine. It's just these two
objects that we can not access. Also, there is another global group
policy for the entire domain. This policy also produces the same
result when trying to access the "corporate settings" object. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
