can not get outlook email over internet

I can not access my Outlook account outside our office network. I get
Outlook fine in the office however, when I try from home over the internet I
can not access my account. Any advice?

Exactly what happens when you try? What version of Outlook? WHat are you
doing to try to access it? Does your company allow outside access?

You should consult your company's IT people first.
