Can not add to member server

I have windows 2000 Domain Controller Server, and now I
want to add another server as member server.
I got RPC is not availe error message!
What I can do to add this server to member server?

Most likely your dns isnt configured correctly...

Make sure that the dns zone file contains the srv records for AD and
that both the domain controller and the memberserver are using that
dns
