Can No Longer View Web Pages

OK, so I have used my IE 6.0 SP1 *ALL DAY* with no problems. And then suddenly, it stopped being able to show me the Internet. I removed some spyware and that may have caused it. Still... I need to get it up and running again. But when I run the IESetup.exe, it tells me there's nothing to download and reboots my computer. Is there anywhere I can find a complete downloadable IE browser so that I can reinstall the freaking thing?? Anyone know
