Can my contacts be downloaded from outlook to an excel spreadshee.

We kow about the mail merge to word, but would like to copy over to excel so
the information can be manipulated.

The OS is XP.
Office Ver. 2003
 
File > Import and Export... > Export to a File > Microsoft Excel
