Mail Merge from Outlook Contact into a Word Document

I have Outlook 2003. According to the instruction I got off the internet;
Outlook has a Mail Merge feature. Tools / Mail Merge...
My Tools toolbar does not have a Mail Merge button. Why? How can a get my
contact information into my Word letter without retyping the database in
Word??

Are you using the personalized menus? Try resetting the menu bar - view,
toolbars, customize.

Open your Contacts folder, then click Tools.
