Can I use pop3 email with msn premium and outlook 2003?

I can't get the pop3 account to work. I have tried every combination of SSL,
SPA etc... The Http doesn't allow me to organise my incoming messages the
way my old Pop3 did. Am i on the right track by setting up a POP3 thru MSN?
