can i transfer emails from outlook 2003 to MOSS

Is it possible (without saving as MSGs first) to transfer emails into MOSS
from Outlook 2003?

Yes. File->Save As->Navigate to your network SharePoint site, select the location and hit save. We use it all the time where I work.
