Assistance with connecting a Calendar from Outlook 2007 to MOSS

I'm trying to connect a calendar from an Outlook mailbox to MOSS? I
understand how to go from MOSS to Outlook, but haven't had success with
figuring out how to take a mailbox calendar and share that with MOSS? Any
and all help would be greatly appreciated.
