How to open archives?

So, all year I've been answering "yes" to outlook's request to archive
older items.

Now, I need to print out the full 2008 calendar to work on my taxes.
If I just go back in my calendar things blank out previous to June
except for recurring items.

How to I retrieve my archived calendar items? As I used to tell my
students writing exam papers, I need you to show your work so that any
idiot can follow it -- because he's going to try!

File-> Open-> Outlook Data File and then open the file that you've been
archiving to for all those years. Most likely it is called archive.pst.
You can look it up via Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button AutoArchive...
