A question about scheduled tasks.
I have:
Spybot - Search & Destroy
Ad-Aware SE Personal

Can I schedule these to run at a particular
time and date?
If so how do I do it?

Any help or advice appreciated...

As far as Windows Task Scheduler is concerned, yes. As to whether they'll
run without a user desktop heap to build the gui is a question for the
application developer. (or just try it and see if it works)

a scheduled task is a joy to a novice like me.

You can schedule them to run, but niether will actually remove items found
without user input.
If they had auto removal, its not something I would reccomend
