In Firefox:

<Bookmarks> <Manage Bookmarks> <File> <Export>

and export for IE.

Then in IE:

<File> <Import and Export>

(starts a wizard which will let you import the file that was exported
from Firefox)

There is no "Manage Bookmarks" when I click on Bookmarks
What am I doing wrong?

You're welcome.

It's even possible there's a Firefox extension that will automatically
do it with a mouse click. I think I used one that does the reverse once
(from IE to FF).
