Can Documents and Settings folder be moved?

How would I relocate the entire folder 'C:\Documents and Settings' to
another drive? All I have found , so far, is the method of moving just
'My Documents'.

You can't. It needs to be where it is for xp to function correctly. Just
move the my documents folder.
