Can anyone help with this error message??

I get the following error message when opening the
Add/Remove Programs wizard:

"An unexpected error occurred.

Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
Line:84"

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
