can access hpshopping.com

I have posted this before but never got a solution, so i'll try again. I
can access every website on the web except hpshopping.com. I don't know why,
I have checked the HOSTS file and that is not what is causing the problem.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.

What if you use an alternate browser (like Mozilla FireFox?)

Ya I have tried that, Netscape, mozilla, and foxfire, does not work on any
of them.

Same thing. I have tried everything incuding the ip address. And it is not
my isp because I have changed isp's and it has done the same thing. They are
not even the same type of isp's they are dial up and cable modem.

that works, but when I click on hpshopping.com it does not come up.
