Can't access hpshopping.com

About a month ago I tried to access hpshopping.com and it would not come up,
it would just say that the page could not be found. Over the last month I
have tried to access it several more times, so I called them and they said
that the website was up. So I went and tried to access it on my secondary
computer and it worked fine. I have reset the privacy levels to none and to
accept all cookies and still no go. I have deleted all of my cookies and
temp internet files. Hpshopping.com is the only website that I have run
across with this problem. What sould I do?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

If you did not create the file, then you may have parasites, or you are
using a web accelerator program that would be causing this problem.
