camera wizard no longer functions

when I used to connect my camera to the usb port of my computer a wizard
opened up automatically to download all the pictures and mpg from my camera.
It would rename the photos with the preface name I gave it and delete the
photos when done. the wizard has stopped working and has been replaced by
the fact that my computer now looks at the camera as a memory card now. I
have to maualy move the files from the camera and rename them. Does anyone
know how to get my computer to use the wizard again? my camera is a sony
dsc-s75 cybershot
 
What have you changed?

What downloads or updates have you applied or been applied automatically?

If you don't know, try using system restore and go back one checkpoint at a time until your Wizard works in the previous manner.
 
I have no idea when it stopped functioning but it is beyond my restore
point. I need more involved help, I wish that I could restore it back to
functionality
