whenever I restart, I get a message that says unable to
load c:/winnt/system32/syscenter.exe. I have no idea
what this system does, but I want to get it back on
the system. Evidently I removed it by mistake.

Hi,
it's not a Windows file rather it's a trojan.Scan with latest virus
definitioned antivirus,adaware.spybot,search and
destroy,CWShredder/Hijackthis.
