C:\WINNT\system32\surte.exe???

This error message keeps popping up on my screen. I think
it only happens when I go online;


16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem

C:\WINNT\system32\surte.exe
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:0561 IP:02a8 OP:63 6f 6c 6f 72 Choose 'Close' to
terminate the application.


I hit Close and it keeps coming back. I hit Ignore and it
gives me a different message;


Printers Folder
---------------
There was an error found when printing the document "No
Document Name" to LPT1:. The device is not connected.
Do you want to retry or cancel the print job?


I hit Retry and this message returns. I hit cancel and the
original surte.exe error message returns.

I've tried deleting the application and it keeps coming
back. Restarting the computer doesn't help.

Ideas? Please help.
