C:\windows\systems32\cmd32.exe file not found

hi all... I need some help if possible. Every time i turn
on the pc a message appears saying... Windows cannot
find... c:\windows\system32\cmd32.exe
I've tried everything from scanning for viruses and worms
to restoring my pc. Nothing seems to work....
Can anyone help with this problem???? Thanks!!!!!

Cmd32.exe file is a virus, you don't want it back. It is not a real XP
system file.
Your seeing your computer ask for it because the virus was not cleaned out
properly.

Cmd32.exe is not a legitimate Windows component - it was a virus that
has been partly removed, leaving references behind. To clean up, see
