CMD32 missing

Im no expert at computers, and ve just got a new one. when i load my comp, and select my option at the user window, it loads slowly, and then an error message comes up, saying that C://Windows/system32/cmd32.exe is missing, and could not be opened. please help, i have searched for it, and found i in some other place, and copied it to the place it was missing, but it still brings up the same message
please help.

It's the virus you recently deleted. You're now left with a
reference to it that you also need to remove.

That was a virus, which has been removed - you do not want it back. One
of those that pretends to be a 'proper' system file, in this case cmd.ee
without the 32, in the hope it will not be noticed.

Start - Run, run the line
MSConfig
and on its Startup page look for a line where 'Command' shows this file,
and uncheck the box on its left by clicking in it. Exit: don't bother
to reboot, but next time you do, there will be a message from 'System
Configuration Utility' saying you are in Troubleshooting mode. Check
the box 'Don't show this again' and click Exit
