Question Norton Ghost

whats is norton ghost, what is it exactly for, can it
have a good use?

when my pc stars a error message pops out and says that
cmd32.exe wasnt found, this is driving me crazy ive done
everything i know i could do but nothing works, i really
need some good help, thank you very much.

(all started when i changed the resolution and dpi
settings of my display/monitor)

Norton Ghost is a utility that you can use in order to duplicate/clone/copy
your entire hard drive to another hard drive (usually used to replace old
drive with a new larger one).

Norton Ghost can be used to backup a partition or drive.
