Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the mapisrvr is installed with
Microsoft Office.
Mybe you can just reinstall Office and get the file you need back.

This is a known issue with Norton WinDoctor because it
can't locate the Gapi32.dll files in the
systemroot\System32 folder. For those out there reading
that don't know what the systemroot folder is, it is
basically where you install your operating system
(example: c:\windows). You can resolve this error by
copying the Gapi32.dll file to systemroot\system32
folder. To do this, open My Computer, navigate to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033 (if you
don't see the file here then it may be in the subfolder
named NT) and then right-click Gapi32.dll and choose
Copy. Now navigate to C:\Windows\System32 (or
systemroot\system32), then go to the Edit menu and click
Paste. All you need to do now is restart your computer.
Since this is a problem with Norton you can choose to
ignore the error and you can find the steps for doing
this on Symantec's web site
