Misssing file

My computer keeps telling that I'm missing a file named
system32/mapisrvr.exe. How do I find that file and place
in back into my Windows XP operating system????

search this file in/on the windows xp installer cd.
if you open it, you will see a folder called i386.
you have to enter, and search this file. if you
find it, you have to copy it to the system32 folder.

or you should make a system-restore.(restoring?)
