Yup, sounds like a pretty good summary. A true albatross.

I even find XP to be a bit of an albatross, in comparison to Win98SE.
Of course, I guess that figures, since we're comparing a 100 MB operating
system with a 1 GB one, (more or less).

(I don't even want to think about the King of all albatrosses, Vista. I
wouldn't be surprised if that came in at 10 GB).

And we are talking about *operating systems*, here, aren't we? (And not
3D, color crayon, multi-graphic, "application appliances", aren't we)?
