Business Contact Manager

I installed Business Contact Manager to my Office 2003
today. Worked okay for a few hours, then it wouldn't let
me open up a business contact correctly. I get this
message : "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook
will use an Outlook form instead. The form required to
view this message can not be displayed. Contact you
administrator."

Then another message says "Array index out of bounds"

I've reinstalled it. It didn't help. I ran the business
database maintenance. Didn't help.

Clearing the forms cache: Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options
| Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply
clearing the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps detailed at

You should also install Office and BCM SP1.
