Business contact manager

In Outlook, Business contact manager cannot access the database. SQL Server
does not exist or access is denied. I cannot create a database either using
the wizard. Why? What do I need to do to use this program?

microsoft.public.outlook.bcm

This newsgroup is about MS Access, its own database product.
