Business Contact Manager Problem

I am installing BCM onto Office 2003 but it is going round in circle and
creating numerous databases then saying import has been unsucessful. I have
tried uninstalling it and removing all backup folders, I have tried pointing
it to an already created database but its still going round in circles - and
so am I. :(

Can anyone advise?
 
I haven't heard of this type of problem before.

By installing do you mean running setup or the wizard when bcm starts
up?

Import is typically an action a user starts from a menu, and it
shouldn't start automatically when or after creating a database. Can
you provide the exact text of the error message?

Also, what "backup folders" are you removing?
