business contact manager installation error

Just installed Outlook 2003 and I do have the cd Business Contact Manager.
However when I try to install off cd - I receive "Setup failed to configure
the server. Refer to the server error logs and setup error logs for more
information." I do not have exchange or using a server. Where would I find
these logs?

Have you solved this problem???? I get the same error message, and don't
know how to solve this!!!!

Thanx, but i've tried these instructions, and still have the same kind of
error (not able to register irisdstprov.dll and then failed to configure the
server)... any other ideas?

I get this same error.

I went through the process of renaming files and folders, and still get the
server configuration error.

I am trying to install from what I assume is a good CD -- Microsoft hologram
on the face. Can anyone help?

Have you figured this out? Loren and I are still having this problem.
I believe you that you are a good person, so am I, and I can't get it to
work. Please Help!
