Error installing Business Contact manager

Receive an error when installing the business contact manager for
Outlook 2000, either from cd or downloaded from website. It gets about
75% thru the install then error. Followed MS kb instructions on this
error but still receiving.

The error is a popup box with the title: Microsoft SQL server desktop
engine
-----------------------------------------
Setup Failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error logs
for more information

[OK]

When you press OK, it then de-installs what it installed...


Anyone seen this and able to resolve??

BCM is not supported with Outlook 2000, and I've never heard of anyone
getting it working with that version of Outlook.
