Business Contact Manager - How to customize flags?

How do I customize flags in the Business Contact Manager?

I created a "Flags" toolbar in "mail", but when I activate it in Business
Contact Manager it doesn't have any flags available and no other flag colors
are available to customize it. I can only get the red flag that is in the
standard tool bar.

BCM does not support customization.
However, the customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions
of BCM.
Moreover, flags are not implemented in BCM
