follow up flags

In Business Contact Manager, the follow up flags don't result in reminders
(as they do in outlook) - How can I turn on the flags?

I can set reminders in BCM v3 beta2. Are reminders different from
follow-up flags?

If I open a contact and flag a follow up and set a reminder the reminder
doesn't come up at the time in the reminder window. At least, it doesn't for
me in Outlook 2003 and doesn't seem to in 2007 beta either.
