Business Contact Manager, How do I make Follow ups aprear in my .

When I flag a contact as a follow up (maybe to remind me to call the
customer back the next day at 1pm) I am not getting the reminder and they do
not show up in my followup folder. Regular Outlook contacts show up
correctly.

Thanks for the fast reply. Realizing now that follow up reminders don't work
with BCN, is there a way to identify the contacts that have a Due by date
along with the Follow up flag?

You can add a task to the contact and set the due by date on the task.
