burning audio cd's

I have no idea how to do this, is there a "Burning CD's
for Dummies" out there?
 
I use Veritas Stomp Record now Max. It's the simplest I've found in the
last 3 or 5 years. Go to Veritas website for more info.

that article seems like a joke. Nothing he says that is
suposed to happen automatically actually happens. I'm
stuck with XP Pro and ECDC v5.3.5.10 but no ability to
burn music anymore (worked fine w/98SE and v.4.02).
