Burn mp3 Tracks to CD

I have some mp3 tracks that I would like to burn to an audio CD using WMP10.
Is there any advantage (or disadvantage) to converting these tracks to wma
prior to burning?

The disadvantage is that you will decrease the audio quality. That's not
because of WMA being worse, but because any conversion of lossy formats
results in losing more information from the file.
